Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks

This is not a recent purchase.I bought Moisture Renew lipsticks in Heather shimmer and Nude Delight quite a long time back but never mention them on my blog,I think it deserve a review.I might not like the colors I got but I can't avoid the fact how nice these lipsticks are,I wanted to add some new and different colors in my lipstick collection,Heather shimmer is a pretty color but Nude Delight is too nude for me.

Packaging: I absolutely adore the packaging flashy metallic purple and the crown logo on top of the cap.the cap fits tightly and doesn't have a chance of slipping in your hand bag.

Texture and Coverage: I swatched all of the lipsticks (available at the display,14 shades I remember) and all of them were very pigmented,but the texture are different...some are more creamy with a lovely sheen some are moisturizing and clear glossy ...a couple of the lippies had some shimmer. they do feel a little heavy on lips because it has SPF18.
Price& Availability: In Paksitan these are available at most super markets,I got mine from Imtiaz super market Karachi for Rs.640. I've noticed that prices are different at some stores...it ranges between Rs.640 to Rs.720.

My Thoughts: most of the colors in this range are very pretty and they would most definitely suit all skin tones except Nude Delight.Heather Shimmer is a deep shade and I am really not sure how to describe the color..its not that I am bad at describing colors its just that its a very confusing color... sometimes it looks more like a deep mauve with brown undertones...I guess its because of the shimmer that changes the color of its appearance.Nude delight is a peachy nude....its like a concealer on my lip....I never wear it alone.I always top it with a gloss or another lipstick.I don't know what was I thinking when I bought this color.Both lipsticks are heavily pigmented and very creamy,Nude Delight has a clear sheen and Heather Shimmer is a little shimmery and frosty.


I personally dont like the scent of this.and its not the kind of smell that fades away after an hour.it stays as long as the lipstick is on lips.its the only thing I dont like in them.


I would really recommend this to anyone looking for a nice and good quality plus affordable lipstick, Moisture Renew lipsticks are probably the best reasonably priced lipsticks in Pakistan...good packaging and pigmentation,it has SPF 18 and 4g of product, long lasting and moisturizing and it has vitamin A,C,E to nourish the lips....and of course a good color collection.

Yellow VS Yellow.....

i have been wanting a yellow nail polish for quite a long time...yellow nail reminds of smilies..so cute and fun:) so i got two nail polishes for me...Beauty Uk glam nails in yellow peril No.36 and Rimmel London I Love Lasting Finish in 280 sunshine.i am going to review each nail polish individually and than i am going to compare them!!

"beauty uk glam nails"nail polish in yellow peril is a pretty milky yellow,thick and well pigmented nail color...i am pretty impressed with the quality of the brush,it applies smoothly and the brush covers every detail of the nail...it is available in 31 gorgeous shades i am not sure if the other nail colors in this collection have the same pigmentation,this is pretty fast drying as well.the price is awesome £1.99 for 9ml.. check out the other colors here.

Beauty UK Glam Nails in Yellow peril No.36

Rimmel London Lasting Finish nail polish in 280 sunshine is a gorgeous yellow and i would describe it as a true yellow...the formula is very thin and smooth it applies effortlessly...but it is not well pigmented i required at least three coats but still it failed to cover my nails properly.i don't exactly remember the price:(

there are three similarities between these two nail polishes...both comes in handy petite bottles,both of them stained my nails badly and they chipped off the next day...so you may want to use a base coat to prevent staining and a top coat so that it doesn't chip off easily...as much as i love the smooth application and the brush of beauty UK nail polish the milky yellow color makes me frown because it makes my hands look very tired.i love the color of the Rimmel lasting finish nail polish but it is too much work for me 3 coats and than a base coat and top coat!!!in the pictures i am not wearing a top coat or a base coat maybe you can't really tell by looking at the picture that even after 3 coats it didn't properly covered my nails so i am afraid i'll have to pass it and i'll keep the beauty UK glam nail polish and i'll try other colors from this collection:) 

REVIEW:RIMMEL LONDON SEXY CURVE MASCARA

hey girls....this is my first blog post and I thought this should be about my favorite product,I heard a lot of good reviews about Rimmel London Sexy Curve Mascara so I thought I should give it a try....Rimmel sexy curve mascara claims that its triple plump brush adds 3 times the curves for 70% curlier lashes and fixes the the curls for 12 hour hold, fabulously fuller and curved lashes...without clumping.

Rimmel makes pretty affordable and good mascaras...this one comes in a metallic purple,pretty and sleek tube.There is also a waterproof version of this mascara which comes in a metallic green tube....the long wand of this mascara has multiple curves,it has plastic bristles which separates and curve each lash and I like the size of the brush its not to big and not to small which makes it easy to get in the inner and outer corners of my lashes,the wand is long and flexible which I like because I'm not a fan of small and stumpy wands.The formula of this mascara is pretty good because its applies evenly and smoothly and it makes my eye lashes super curly,with this I dont need to use a curler,I only wish it was a little bit more volumizing but still its great,this is Super long lasting,no clumps,no smudging....now what else you want:) and the curls stays on as long as the mascara stays on....

this mascara delivers pretty much what it claims,it does give exceptional length,volume and curls,I love it!!I am not sure if this is available here in Pakistan because I  have not seen it anywhere(girls from Pakistan please let me know if you have seen it here because i will definitely repurchase it) and almost at $9 t it is available worldwide.
