OK here is my first ever nail art post,I have been practicing and it is not as easy as I thought it would be but this is the best I came up with and I thought at least this attempt deserves a post.
I used three coats of Rimmel Lasing Finish Nail Polish in "280 sunshine" read review HERE and I used a tooth pick to apply the dots(eyes) and my old lip brush that was to stiff to work with but I made the smile and a sad face and again with the tooth pick I made a tongue:P it turned out so cute.
Its going to take more practice,I know.Be kind please,hope you'll like it.
